The 2024 Alfa Romeo Giulietta is a 4-door saloon/sedan made by the Italian automaker Alfa Romeo. Alfa Romeo Giulietta offers decent performance and good handling. The 1.4-liter petrol model with 118 hp accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 9.4 seconds, which is quite lively for the class. It performs enthusiastically and, like most Alfa Romeos, sounds good, but by no means is it class-leading. Most competitors can offer similar or better performance while offering a much better economy.
The cheapest diesel engine is 118bhp 1.6 liters and takes a fairly average 10 seconds to accelerate from 0-100 km/h, and with a semi-automatic transmission, it is a bit slower and reaches 0-100 km/h in 10.2 seconds. A 2.0-liter diesel engine rejoined the range in early 2019 when the top-of-the-line Veloce equipment was relaunched. It’s only available with an automatic transmission, but it has 168bhp and cuts 0-100 km/h to 8.3 seconds.

Now that the test is much tighter, Giulietta’s result has dropped to three stars.
