2022 Mazda CX-30

The 2022 Mazda CX-30 is a small compact crossover SUV manufactured by Mazda. The Mazda CX-30 will be available in a Premium Plus trim base when it first appears on the market, but its price is higher than its main competitors such as the Chevrolet Bolt and Nissan Leaf. The Premium Plus model includes a wide range of equipment, including active blind assistance, motion warning, 12-channel Bose stereo system, heated steering wheel, 360-degree external camera system. The Mazda 2022 CX-30 has a top view that starts with a multi-sided grille, slim headlights and a large wing grille that leads to a round hood. The SUV’s rich design and first-class materials don’t make it look like a bigger and more expensive car. The traditional Mazda-style dashboard features stunning lines, an irregular center console, and precise dialing. In addition, the CX-30 features genuine leather upholstery, a large 8.8-inch display, and a Bose audio system with a high-speaker 12-speaker.

The interior of the 2022 Mazda CX30 is simple but comfortable. The infotainment system is well-organized and basically easy to navigate with the rotary knob. With the exception of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, if the CX-30 has a touch screen, it will be easier to operate. Ahead, individuals 6 feet or less in height should have ample space on all sides. While the CX-30 has a total capacity of five, the comfort in the back seat is really tailored for the average adult.

Apparently, the Mazda MX-30 should deliver better speed at lower speeds than horsepower, but speed seekers can offer more power to competitors like Hyundai Kona Electric and Mini Cooper Electric.

Compared to other electric cars, the MX-30 has a smaller 32.0 kWh battery. Mazda estimates that its driving range is only 100 miles per charge, which is twice less than the Chevrolet Bolt EV and Kona Electric. The battery will be able to charge with standard variable power, as well as with a modern and faster DC charger. The EPA has not announced a fuel-saving price for the MX-30, but similar electric cars like the Kona Electric and Bolt EV have ratings of 120 and 119 MPGe, respectively. We expect the MX-30 to have a similar rating.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration gave the 2021 Mazda CX-30 an overall safety rating of five out of five stars, five stars in front and side collisions, and four stars in a turn test. The Road Safety Insurance Institute gave the Mazda CX-30 the best rating in all six crash tests. The CX-30 also received a good rating for how well its headlights illuminate the road ahead, although some early-produced CX-30 Premium models received the lowest rating in this category due to their excessive brightness. IIHS uses a different measure to assess collision prevention properties.
