The 2025 Hyundai Tucson is a compact crossover SUV produced by South Korean manufacturer Hyundai. The 2024 Hyundai Tucson is a small crossover SUV offered in eight trim levels. SE, SEL, 1.6-liter gasoline engine with an electric motor with a total power of 226 horsepower. The standard gas engine is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission and front- or all-wheel drive. The Tucson hybrid comes standard with a six-speed transmission and all-wheel drive system.

2025 Tucson sits below Santa Fe and above Kona and Creta. The Tucson takes its name from Tucson, Arizona, and was marketed as the Hyundai ix35 in several markets, including Europe, Australia, and China, before reverting to Tucson for the third generation. On our 75-mph highway fuel economy route, the A Tucson XRT returned a disappointing 26 mpg.
