Taking inspiration from the classic Manta GSe ElektroMOD concept, it will feature Opel’s “Vizor” front end with an integrated LED screen, a digitally enhanced Pure Panel cockpit, and battery-electric powertrains. Concept images suggest the car will be built on a platform similar to VW Group’s MQB A0. The 2026 Manta is a key part of Opel’s strategy to become an all-electric brand in Europe by 2028 and is expected to offer a high-performance model, similar to the sporty heritage of the Manta GTE.
