2027 Infiniti Q60
The 2027 Infiniti Q60 is a premium 2+2-seat sports coupe produced by Infiniti. The 2027 Infiniti Q60 400 hp Red Sport 400 version combines powerful performance with a comfortable ride suitable for long journeys. The 2027 Infiniti Q60 dynamic exterior design and a spacious cabin, but it is often criticized for its outdated dual-screen infotainment system, inadequate steering feel, and limited rear seat space. The 2027 Q60’s most notable feature is the 3.0-liter V6 engine, available primarily in the 400 hp Red Sport 400 version; this engine provides quick acceleration and impressive torque. Its exterior design, with its sculpted, dynamic structure, is also highly appreciated.
The Infiniti Q60 feels dated thanks to its dual-screen infotainment system, built with premium materials and comfortable seats, which can be slow and confusing. The driving experience is refined, suitable for long, luxurious road trips, although some drivers may find the steering response lacking, especially with the automatic direct steering system. Available in both rear-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive versions, the Infiniti Q60 offers a powerful, stylish, and more comfortable ride than its German rivals, although it is not overly sporty. Compared to rivals such as the BMW 4 Series, the Infiniti Q60 is considered more of a comfortable everyday car than a sharp car.
2027 Infiniti Q60 : Interior
The Infiniti Q60’s interior offers a driver-centric mission control design, focusing on comfort and high-quality materials rather than cutting corners. The front cabin features comfortable “Zero Gravity” seats that offer excellent support, available with a semi-aniline leather option with a high-gloss finish. High-quality materials such as leather and carbon fiber or aluminum trim details cover the instrument panel and doors, creating a luxurious atmosphere. Standard features are quite solid; dual-zone automatic climate control, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and a 13-speaker Bose surround sound system are featured in the higher trim levels. The cabin is known for remaining quiet even when driving dynamically, thanks in large part to active noise cancellation technology.
Technology is further enhanced by the InTouchâ„¢ dual-HD display system, which features an 8-inch upper touchscreen beneath a 7-inch lower screen. This setup offers a wide range of customization options for vehicle systems such as steering, dampers, and engine response, although some reviews found it a bit dated. For enhanced connectivity, standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration are available on later models. Efficiency is typical for a luxury coupe; the boot is not very deep at 8.7 cubic feet, and while the rear seats are better than some rivals, they are generally more suited to children or extra storage than adults.
2027 Infiniti Q60 : Engine
The Infiniti Q60 is powered by a 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine known as the VR30DDTT, which replaces the previous naturally aspirated 3.7-liter V6. This modern powertrain is offered in two guises: a standard version that produces 300 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque, and a high-performance version available in the Red Sport 400 that produces 400 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque. Both versions use direct injection, a compact turbo speed sensor, and a water-cooled intercooler system to improve engine response and reduce turbo lag. A 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine sourced from Mercedes-Benz was also available, producing 208 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. Regardless of the engine option, all Q60 models are mated to a 7-speed automatic transmission with Downshift Rev Matching, offering a choice of rear-wheel drive or intelligent all-wheel drive. The 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 engine has won numerous awards, including being named to Wards’ 10 Best Engines list or intelligent all-wheel drive. The 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 has won several awards, including being named to the Wards 10 Best Engines list in 2018.
2027 Infiniti Q60 : Safety
The Infiniti Q60 Coupe is a performance-oriented coupe with a blend of modern active safety features, designed to prevent accidents through technology rather than simply reduce them. Standard safety features include Emergency Braking System, a rearview camera, and Electronic Stability Control, while higher trim levels or option packages offer advanced and practical systems such as Blind Spot Monitoring, Lane Departure Warning, and Predictive Front Collision Warning. This structure is built with “Zone Body Construction,” which features reinforced passenger areas and front/rear crumple zones, and is complemented by a full airbag system that includes side impact protection. While it helps avoid accidents with strong braking and responsive handling, the 2027 Infiniti Q60 may not have advanced modern driving aids such as Driver Attention Detection or Lane Keeping Assist in some markets.
