2026 Ferrari Elettrica
The 2026 Ferrari Elettrica is a high-performance electric car with a four-motor, all-wheel-drive powertrain boasting over 1,000 horsepower. Expected to be a four-seater model with a Ferrari Purosangue design, the Ferrari Elettrica features a 122 kWh battery, an 880-volt design, and advanced active suspension. As the brand’s first fully electric model, the Ferrari Elettrica represents a significant milestone in in-house development.
The Elettrica combines over twenty years of F1 and hybrid research with a 122 kWh, 880-volt design engineered for high performance. With a four-motor, all-wheel-drive system expected to deliver over 1,000 horsepower (approximately 1,000+ hp), this four-seater GT is designed to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 2.5 seconds. The vehicle features 3D-printed tires specifically designed to improve range and handling, and offers three main driving modes tailored to the driving experience.
2026 Ferrari Elettrica : Interior
The interior of the 2026 Ferrari Elettrica offers a future cabin created in collaboration with Jony Ive’s design team at LoveFrom, emphasizing a tactile and driver-focused experience. The cockpit is designed as a single, open space, complemented by a 12.5-inch digital instrument panel that mimics traditional analog using layered OLED displays, and a 10-inch central infotainment screen similar to an iPad.
Unlike a fully touchscreen interface, the cabin features physical paddle shifters and a unique ball-and-socket display that can be moved closer to the driver. A standout feature is the “multi-graphic” mechanical clock, where the driver’s individual body hands are projected onto the digital display, blending old-school comfort with modern technology. The interior of the 2026 Elettrica offers a blend of high-quality and sustainable materials, including premium leather and carbon fiber.

The Ferrari Elettrica cabin is highly customizable, featuring a floating center console made of leather and glass, incorporating a unique, color-changing key fob. For added functionality, the launch control mechanism, inspired by helicopter controls, is positioned above the driver. To maintain the Ferrari feel, the cabin amplifies real, non-artificial acoustic vibrations using sensors in the powertrain to create a deeper driving sound without resorting to traditional engine roar.
2026 Ferrari Elettrica : Engine
The 2026 Ferrari Elettrica features an advanced, in-house developed electric powertrain designed to deliver over 1,000 hp (736 kW) through a four-motor, all-wheel-drive configuration. Using F1-derived permanent magnet synchronous motors and ultra-thin carbon casings, the system enables high rotational speeds for maximum torque. Four motors, providing independent torque vectoring at each wheel, are powered by a 122 kWh, 880-volt battery integrated into the chassis to lower the center of gravity and reduce the 0-100 km/h acceleration time to 2.5 seconds.
To provide an authentic driving experience, Ferrari has used an accelerometer to capture and amplify the natural and more common acoustic signatures of the motors through the chassis, much like an electric guitar, avoiding artificial sounds. The Elettrica also utilizes torque shift engagement, a unique system that allows drivers to select five different power and torque levels via the paddle shifters on the steering wheel, simulating gear changes and creating a precise and immersive acceleration experience. The front axle can also be completely disengaged to maximize efficiency, allowing the vehicle to operate in rear-wheel drive mode when needed.
2026 Ferrari Elettrica : Safety
The 2026 Ferrari Elettrica is built with a complete focus on safety. Elettrica features a high-strength chassis made from 75% recycled aluminum and a patented integrated battery that acts as a structural, energy-absorbing element. To manage the weight and performance of its 1,000+ horsepower electric powertrain, it utilizes third-generation 48V active suspension, dedicated four-wheel steering, and an advanced torque vectoring system for maximum stability and precise handling in all conditions. Furthermore, the Elettrica Ferrari boasts active safety systems, including optimized tire technology and advanced battery protection, to ensure passenger safety while providing a highly efficient and safe electric driving experience.
