The 2020 Alfa Romeo GTV and the 2020 Alfa Romeo Spider have been produced by the Italian manufacturer.  The Alfa Romeo GTV 2020 is a 2+2 Coupe, and Alfa Romeo Spider is a two-stage roadster version. A total 39,000 Spider Spiders and 41,700 GTVs have been built. The GTV’s name was replacing the long-lost Alfetta GTV, and Spider was the replacement for 31-year-old Giulia Spider at the time. GTV was available until Brera’s launch in 2005, and Spider continued for another year until the launch of its Brazilian successor in 2006. The Alfa Romeo GTV was said to have been the leading sports car by Jeremy Clarkson in 1998 and written to no. 29 of the Top 100 Cars since 2001.

The project dates back to the initial September 1987 delivery and the first clay models to complete the 1: 1 model in July 1988. After Vittorio Ghidella approved the project, Centro Stile Alfa Romeo under Walter de Silva faced the completion of data completion and site design. interior, as Pininfarina’s proposal, would be accepted. Alfa Romeo Spider and Alfa Romeo GTV are based on the then-existing Fiat Group car platform, in this case, a much-modified version with the new multilink rear suspension. The front suspension and drivetrain were based on a 1992 Alfa Romeo 155 saloon. The chief engineer at the time was Bruno Cena. The drop in output was 0.33 for Alfa Romeo 2020 GTV and 0.38 for Alfa Romeo 2020 Spider.

The Alfa Romeo 2020 GTV has a typical Italian design, with an Alfa Romeo grig with two circular lamps, a low mount, a chunk of the nose on the lower nose and a high tail facing upwards. The rear of the car is “fixed” with a “Kama” tail that offers improved aerodynamics. Spider shares these features with Alfa Romeo GTV unless the back is round. The spider has a folding top-top with five circular spheres, disappearing invisible to the eye under the appropriate Flush cover. An electric wrap was offered as an option. Details include a center lamp/foglamp / single indicator on the rear of the body, small center tools that connect the driver. At its launch, many journalists noted that Alpha had improved its overall design and that it was close to equaling its German rivals.

2020 Alfa Romeo GTV Engine

The turbocharged 2.0-liter V6, called the V6 TB, was developed as a result of Italy’s fiscal policy that imposes higher sales taxes on vehicles powered by more than 2.0-liter engines. It’s actually a sleek version of the 3.0-liter V6 engine. The turbo provided some power while avoiding high taxes. Both 12 V6 V6 engines have a redline of about 6,500 rpm, while the 16- and 24-valve engines have 7,000 rpm.

The 2.0-liter 16-valve Twin Spark engine of the 2.0 TS was based on the Fiat SuperFIRE family block, with an Alfa Romeo cylinder head with two spark plugs on each cylinder. The variable inlet cam speed, allowed at 25 degrees of variability, is designed to improve torque and provide direct power delivery. In addition, the engine has two straps driven by the belt that rotates the engine speed twice, eliminating engine movement.

The 1.8-liter engine did not include the balance shafts. TS was the best-selling version of GTV and Spider. The CF2 and CF3 engines have metal plastic covers and a wide range of feed. At its peak, the 3.2 V6 24V GTV 240 PS (177 kW; 237 hp) was the fastest Alfa Romeo, with a speed of 0-100 km / h in just six seconds and a top speed of 255 km / h (158 mph).
