2018 Audi Allroad Quattro is the off-road version of the Audi A6 Avant. 2018 Audi Allroad differs from the original model by the standard permanent all-wheel drive with air suspension, a greater ground clearance, as well as exposed and protected mudguards front and rear. The floor clearance can be adjusted in four steps (C5) with the level control. At the highest level, a ground clearance of 20.8 centimeters at the C5 and 18.5 centimeters at the C6 is achieved. At higher speeds, the level is automatically lowered again to reduce the air resistance. The first generation of the Audi Allroad Quattro could also be optionally ordered with a reduction gearbox

In January 2016, the stronger 2018 allroad A4, which was presented in Detroit, followed. This car is based on the A4 Avant, but has extra plastic around the wardrobes and stands higher on its legs (3.4 centimeters). Allroad also has a different quattro system, which, under normal circumstances, sends the power to the front wheels, but if necessary, all four wheels are switched. The car differs further from the Avant with another grille bumpers. There is one gasoline engine available, the 2 liter with 252 hp. The diesel offer is the same as for the normal A4, but the weakest 2.0 TDI delivers 163 hp instead of 150 hp.
