The 2023 Mitsubishi Eclipse is a compact sports car produced by Mitsubishi. The 2023 Mitsubishi Eclipse is marketed as an entry into the mid-level four-cylinder sports coupe segment. The interior of the Eclipse Cross has many of the expected modern amenities, along with a spacious cargo compartment, but in terms of overall refinement, it lags behind competitors like the Mazda CX-5, Hyundai Tucson, and Volkswagen Tiguan.

The total of 17 pieces of hand luggage, six of them behind the rear seats, with the seats folded. The rear seats fold down easily, but people with shorter trunks may have trouble reaching the release levers from the cargo area. A stroller fits easily in the trunk with all seats up. All Eclipse Cross models come standard with a touchscreen infotainment system. The Mitsubishi Eclipse models have a 7.0-inch screen, and the LE, SE, and SEL models have a larger 8.0-inch screen. Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and in-dash navigation are only available with the 8.0-inch screen.
