2025 SAAB 9-3 : Interior
There was no official production model of the Saab 9-3 for 2025. However, some online communities have discussed hypothetical designs for the future Saab 9-3, and previous models from 1998-2014 featured a cockpit-style dashboard inspired by aircraft heritage, comfortable seats, and unique features such as a Night Panel function to reduce glare when driving at night. The dashboard is designed to resemble an airplane cockpit, with controls facing the driver and features such as the Night Panel function that turns off most instrument lights at night. The seats were known for being very supportive, offering excellent comfort and a wide range of adjustment options.
The Saab 9-3 offered access to a variety of settings and information, including navigation and audio, without obscuring the driver. A unique feature was the Profiler system, which allowed drivers to adjust settings for functions such as climate control, rain sensor, and anti-theft alarm. Saab Automobiles AB went through bankruptcy proceedings, and its assets were acquired by a new Chinese company, NEVS. Although NEVS produced some of the later 9-3 models with engine and safety upgrades, there was no official indication of a 2025 model or new production.

Improved turbodiesel engines, such as the 1.9 TTiD, provided high performance with low fuel consumption and carbon emissions. Top models of the 9-3 Aero were equipped with a powerful 2.8-liter V-6 turbo engine, making them the fastest Saabs of their time.
