2022 Lexus RX 350

The 2022 Lexus RX 350 is a mid-size luxury crossover SUV manufactured by Lexus. The 2022 Lexus RX is just like horsepower, has almost many angles and twists. The current fourth-generation RX has two or three rows of seats and an existing hybrid powertrain. The Lexus RX will receive only minor changes for 2022, including a new standard fog lights and a trio of new colors, cloudburst gray, Iridium and Grecian Water. 2022 RX Models of the Black Line special editions will return by 2022 with another 2,500 limited samples, all of which are compatible with the dark-colored exterior trim, black wheels and the Zero Halliburton luggage set.

In our opinion, the 2022 Lexus RX F Sport models look the best, it would have gone with the lightweight option RX350 F Sport. Of the many variant packages of RX, we make it simple and add only the Navigation package; it has a larger 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment display, line navigation, a DVD / CD player, and a 12-speaker audio system. Lexus has not yet announced official prices, so we rated it above.

While the F Sport engine hasn’t changed, its suspension shock absorbers are tuned to feel tighter. In addition, the existing machining kit adds flexible suspension and a recalibrated steering wheel and a soft system of stability control. Adopting cool air and amplifying the sound will help add some character. All models of the RX F Sport also have a repositioned tachometer that will theoretically help your line of sight if you want to take the Lexus RX to the racetrack.

The 2022 RX350 has excellent build quality with exemplary installation and finishing. The salon is full of valuable materials and the design is smooth and simple. However, it does not have the high level of elegance found in European luxury SUVs. In the RX, the load area is 16.0 cubic feet behind the second row or 32.6 cubic feet with the second row bent. The RX L models have 6.2 cubic feet behind the third row, 23.0 cubic feet behind the third row, and 58.5 cubic feet with the second row folded. The front end header is 39.4 inches on the RX, which is 40.7 inches on the BMW X5. The space in the second row is 39.1 inches on the RX, which is slightly less than the 39.4 inches on the X5. The RX L models have the same dimensions in the first and second rows, but add a third-row seat that provides a 34.8-inch headrest and 23.5-inch foot space.

2022 Lexus NX Redesign

As usual, the Lexus 2022 RX includes an 8.0-inch infotainment screen connected to Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Amazon Alexa, and Bluetooth. The existing 12.3-inch display adds built-in navigation. After the 2020 model updates, the larger screen is only 5 inches closer to the drive and has a touch screen function. All models include six USB ports in the cabin. Features include wireless charging pad, head screen, 360 degree view camera system. A nine-speaker audio system is standard and can be replaced with a 15-channel Mark Levinson premium computer.

The 3.5-liter V-6 produces 295 horsepower and 267 lb-ft of torque on the RX 350, or 290 horsepower and 263 lb-ft on the RX 350L. An eight-speed automatic transmission sends this output to the front wheels; AWD is optional. In tests, the AWD RX 350 accelerated to 60 mph in 6.8 seconds, while the FWD RX 350L did so in 7.5 seconds. EPA-grade fuel economy for the RX 350 is 20/27 mpg with city / highway FWD, or 19/26 with AWD. 19/26 or 18/25 mpg, respectively for the RX 350L. The RX 450h and RX 450hL have a 3.5-liter V-6, but it is powered by a 308-horsepower electric motor. These models use a CVT automaton with a standard AWD. We last scored 60 points in 7.0 seconds. Fuel economy is 31/28 mpg for RPA 450h or 29/28 mpg for RX 450hL.

2022 Lexus RX : Safety

According to NHTSA, the 2022 Lexus RX 350 AWD has the highest five-star rating on safety. All other options, like the L and 450h models, have a four-star overall rating. This is a bit peculiar when all variants of the RX get the same five stars in a side-by-side collision, four stars protected from previous falls and overturns.
